Archbishop Holgate's School are looking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic colleague to join their pastoral team, who will make real difference to the lives of students and their families. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring outstanding attendance by proactively working to identify students and their families who need support in this area; and then working with colleagues across the school to improve students' attendance. A background of working with a local authority education welfare service would be particularly beneficial in this role.

The successful candidate will benefit from joining a team of supportive and highly committed colleagues who are dedicated to ensuring that all students have the best possible opportunities for the future.
